Our delicate yeast dough is filled edge to edge with wonderful lightly sweetened poppyseed and a few raisins. For those from Europe this is a real treat. In german the cake is called mond strudel. A favorite around Easter and Christmas, Poppyseed Struedel is served all year at Freed's.
