LAS VEGAS, Nevada, February 3, 2011 - Phantom: The Las Vegas Spectacular performed their 2000th show last night alongside a custom-made Freed's cake for the occasion. An oversized mask sculpted out of cake was set onto a 30 inch square board for the occasion, congratulating Phantom's 2000th show.

Freed’s Bakery is celebrating their 52nd anniversary serving Las Vegas, and has been featured on such shows as The Food Network’s “Roker on the Road,” “$40 a Day with Rachael Ray,” “Sugar Rush,” and “After Midnight.”  Freed’s has also been featured on Lifetime’s “Top This Party,” Hawaiian Airlines’ “The Best of Las Vegas,” “Las Vegas Live,” as well as both Season 1 and Season 2 of Fabulous Cakes on TLC.
