LAS VEGAS, Nevada, November 21st, 2008 – Former Ring light heavyweight champion and fomer IBF, WBC and IBO light heavyweight champion Antonio Deon Tarver celebrated his 40th birthday in style at Red Rock Casino with two wonderfully made birthday cakes by Freed's Bakery of Las Vegas.
The belt was created from Freed's Bakery's moist chocolate cake and filled with a layered bavarian cream and raspberry puree. The decoration took hours as painstaking details such as a golden eagle crafted from sugar graced the cake. Each individual glove was crafted from a separate flavor of cake, one a marble cake with chocolate mousse and the other a white cake with strawberry mousse. Freed's Bakery wishes Antonio Tarver a very happy birthday.
