Freed's signature cakes are available daily in the bakery. You can find 7 inch cakes which serve 8 to 10 people.  We use the finest ingredients such as fresh whip creme, California strawberries, pecans, French Vanilla chocolate, Bavarian cream and cream cheese to create our delicious signature cakes.  We also make these cakes in a 1/4 sheet size which serve 15 to 25 people depending on how large you cut the servings.   No matter which cake you choose you are going to have very happy guests as they eat their slice of cake!!  Speaking of slice of cake..... we have slices of all of our dessert cakes available to purchase daily in our store for a smaller group of people.  If you would like a 1/4 sheet size cake of one of our dessert cakes please call early in the morning and we can make one for you to pick up later that day.  Our 1/4 sheet birthday cakes are always available.  We have vanilla or chocolate cake with our delicious bavarian cream filling inside and our cooked European butter creme icing.  Make your event an event to remember by treating your family and friends to one of Freed's delicious cakes!
