I just wanted to let you know how happy we were with
our Freed's wedding cake. Hurricane Ivan kind of took the bloom off our
homecoming from Las Vegas but we were very lucky to have little damage
and our power was restored within a week. The King cake was beautiful,
delivered as requested to the restaurant where we had our small wedding
dinner, and most importantly, was absolutely delectable. The cake was a
surprise to my new husband Tom and he was very pleased. It will be
quite a while before we need another cake in Las Vegas but I'm looking
forward to another Freed's treat some day.
