I am writing to thank you for the impeccable work you put into my wedding cake. The cake that I wanted required a great amount of attention, for there were many details to consider when constructing the design. I had spoken to at least 10 bakery's in the Las Vegas area (as you can see, the cake was very important to me) and none of them seemed equipped to handle what I had dreamed about for my special day (they didn't understand my decriptions or my photos or claimed that they couldn't do it). Then I spoke to you, Joni. I have great instincts and knew immediately that I could trust your judgement. I knew that you understood my explanation of my perfect cake. Nonetheless, my special day arrived and when I entered the reception, I saw every single detail before my eyes. The cake was extraordinary! I would have been thrilled with just the appearance, but I was even more pleased with the taste! It was a remarkable delight and each of the three flavors were mastered to perfection! Thank you for playing such an important role on one of the happiest days of my entire life!
