To The Staff,

A few weeks ago, I called your business after finding your website on the internet.  My son and his fiancé had planned a small Vegas wedding at the Tropicana for Sunday, April 27th and I made this call only a week ahead of that date.  Somehow, they had neglected to remember to order a cake!  Kids!  I was connected to a lady whose name I believe is Elia.

Keep in mind that I was looking for a small but traditional cake for a wedding with a budget.  What was so amazing was that I was treated as though I was ordering an expensive cake and every attention was given to detail.  She was extremely pleasant and we were able to place an order for the ‘Bride on a Budget’ cake – ‘Black Tie’ – and a small plate of cookies.  I could not have asked for someone who was more congenial and helpful.

I thought that perhaps a ‘budget’ cake would be rather ordinary.  However, to my and everyone else’s surprise, the cake was a petite treasure that far exceeded our expectations!  Not only was it delightful to look at but the cake itself was delicious!  As for the cookies…I only wish that we had ordered more!

In this day and age, it is remarkable that a business such as yours, still takes the time and effort to produce a quality product and in such a friendly and considerate manner for customers who are not spending a significant amount of money.  It was truly appreciated and we wanted you to know that.
