I wanted to send this "thank you" your way for all of your help with our wedding, even though we never met in person!  You most likely don't remember, but I called you last fall after Ricardo's at MGM closed down, looking for a recommendation for our reception.  We talked for almost 1/2 hour, and you were a wonderful help!  We ended up choosing McCormick and Schmicks, one of your suggestions.  Your staff was fabulous as well.  When we unexpectedly traveled to Vegas one Saturday and stopped in to sample the cakes.  We ordered our cake from you (Gerbers in Bloom); it was beautiful to look at, and we got nothing but compliments on how delicious it was.  For your quality, customer service, and professionalism -- I thank you.  Freed's Bakery has a great reputation in Las Vegas and it's easy to understand why!
