To whom it may concern:

Today I had to get a last minute birthday cake, after searching your website I noticed you had "Same Day Cakes" in your bakery.  Not sure of what type of cakes you had I called your Tropicana location, not only was I greeted with a delightful voice on the other end of the phone but Pat was very helpful throughout the whole process.  She gladly informed me of what cakes were available and even offered to pull one aside for me.  

When I arrived at the bakery to pick up the cake, she knew exactly who I was and had the most pleasant and willing to help attitude.  Because I had my 1 year old daughter with me, I asked if I could pull my car up to the curb and come back in and pick the cake up.   By the time I got my daughter in the car and pulled up to the curb, Pat was standing there, cake in hand, ready to put it in the car!  I didn't expect this at all!!  This has been one of the best customer service experiences I have had in Las Vegas.  

Kudos to Pat and Freed's Bakery for making your customers your #1 priority.  It is sincerley appreciated.
