We cook our buttercream using butter, margerine, eggs, and sugar. Because the ingredients are yellow, the icing has a yellow cast to it. We also give a choice of a stark white rosette icing, which is made from vegetable shortening, sugar &amp; water. We also have a 50/50 blend of our buttercream and rosette icing which is a candlelight color.
