All of the wedding cakes on our website can be made as small as a 6" cake to serve 2-6 people.
What cake flavors does Freed's Bakery have?

All of our cakes include our delicious Bavarian Cream Filling. We can add fresh Strawberry and Banana to the Bavarian Cream. We also have jam fillings such as Raspberry, Lemon, Cherry, Pineapple and Peach. We also use Rum, Kirsch, Amararetto, Grand Marnier and Kahlua, either mixed in the cream or brushed on the cake. Freed's Bakery is known for our European Buttercream. We cook our buttercream using butter, margerine, eggs, and sugar. Because the ingredients are yellow, the icing has a yellow cast to it. We also give a choice of a stark white rosette icing, which is made from vegetable shortening, sugar & water. We also have a 50/50 blend of our buttercream and rosette icing which is a candlelight color. During the winter months we can also do a nondairy whipped cream icing which is also white in color.

Sorry, at this time we custom deliver and setup our wedding cakes in Las Vegas, Nevada and by special delivery to Southern California and Northern Arizona. What is Fondant Icing?
Fondant Icing is a rolled sugar icing. There is no artificial or almond flavor to it. Once a cake is iced in buttercream icing, the rolled fondant is draped and enrobes the cake giving a smooth finished appearance. Can I bring in or email a photo for Freed's Bakery to recreate my perfect wedding cake?
The extremely talented cake designers at Freed's Bakery can recreate most photos from magazines, books, and other websites. You can get a cake quote or email us directly and attach your photo.
Does Freed's Bakery provide fresh flowers?
Our designers create beautiful floral designs. We also have a florist on staff that can provide assistance for all of your wedding floral needs. All you need to do is let us know what your color theme is and we will help you select beautiful flowers which will compliment the rest of your wedding. How far in advance do I need to order my cake?
We would like a minimum of 2 weeks for your order, however, we can prepare a custom cake with as little as 24 hours notice. Can you deliver my Las Vegas wedding cake?
Freed's Bakery delivers to restaurants inside and outside of the hotels, suites in hotels, and country clubs. Most restaurants will allow you to bring in a cake. Please let the sales or catering staff at your rececption site know that a cake from Freed's Bakery will be delivered. We will be happy to give you suggestions for your reception location.
When do I pay for my cake?
If you order your cake 2-3 months in advance, we take a 25% deposit and the balance due two weeks before your wedding date. If you order your cake within 1 month of your wedding we require payment in full when ordering. We accept all major credit cards.

On August 15, 2007 please visit our new location at 9555 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 209, Las Vegas, Nevada to place your order in person. Do I need an appointment to taste the cakes and fillings?
